How to Silence Haters With Your Magic Button

When it comes to a forging a beautiful life there’s always going to be trials and tribulations. Bad things will happen, obstacles will appear and times can get tough.

Sometimes you have to roll with the punches and keep moving forward. But sometimes you can rebel against these forces and find a unique way to combat negativity.

Haters are going to rear their ugly head while you’re on your journey. Dealing with negativity is tough. You can connect with the right people and ditch bad relationships but haters will always be present

Little do these haters know you have a magic button that mutes their negative talk and allows you to march on in peace.

What Is Your Magic Button?

The magic button is a simple and effective way to tune out negativity in your life. Anytime negativity enters your life you can turn this button on and automatically silence the haters. All you have to do is acknowledge a hater is present and then visualize yourself pushing your own mute button.  It will allow you to deal with their load of crap while still maintaining your forward trajectory.

It may sound a little “woo-woo” but I assure you it is highly effective.

By turning on this button you are conditioning your brain. Every time negativity enters your brain you’ll recognize it and silence it. I’ve always imagined my button to be on the side of my head right behind my ear.

You don’t have to physically touch the side of your head like a crazy person every time you hear negativity (although that may silence them just as well). Instead you can mentally picture yourself turning on that mute button.

The magic button isn’t just a way to silence haters. It is a way for you to be consciously aware of the influences in your life – both positive and negative.

It creates a filter that allows you to hear people out, listen closely, and then decide whether or not to mute them.

It’s easy to be influenced by the world around us and if we let in the wrong things we can screw up our trajectory.

By staying consciously aware of these influences you will get better and better at filtering out the bad and the good. It won’t be long before the button is turned on automatically.

Remember: If haters are coming into your life, you’re doing something right.

“When people can’t do something themselves, they want to tell you, you can’t do it.” Will Smith, Pursuit of Happyness

Mediocrity is commonplace nowadays. Being extraordinary goes against the grain and some people will not be pleased. They’ll get themselves all worked up over your own actions and beliefs. They’ll say foolish things like “Who are you to do this?” and “What makes you think you’re good enough/qualified/etc.?”

The reality is they’re terrified to think that there really is something better out there. They only know the mediocre path and your extraordinary path is foreign to them.

So the next time someone say’s “This will never work” or “Who do you think you are?” you can take comfort in knowing you’re on the right track.

Just turn on that button, nod your head a few times and then continue on doing amazing things.

Because you’re forging a beautiful life and no amount of noise can deter you from making that happen.

That’s a great tool! Music is very therapeutic after all! If you play music that makes you happy it literally releases endorphins and oxytocin into the brain. Pretty nifty, right?
